How does your pricing work? Why is it so cost-effective?

Hatchbox doesn't charge per application like other platforms. Instead, we charge a flat $10/month for each server we manage for you. Small server or big server – it's all the same to us. External services like databases or load balancers don't incur any costs either.

How long have you been around? Can we trust you?

We wrote the first line of code for Hatchbox in 2016. Since then, we've deployed 24,000+ apps over 2 million times.

What about reliability and uptime?

Since we deploy to your servers, your applications have minimal reliance on Hatchbox day-to-day. If we had an outage, it wouldn't affect your running applications because they run independently. This is a stark difference from the centrally hosted platforms you're probably used to.

When you contact our customer support, you'll get a thorough answer from a real human (no AI chat bots here!) with deep expertise in Linux, hosting, and software development.
