How does your pricing work? Why is it so cost-effective?
Hatchbox doesn't charge per application like other platforms. Instead, we charge a flat $10/month for each server we manage for you. Small server or big server – it's all the same to us. External services like databases or load balancers don't incur any costs either.

What happens after my 7-day free trial?
Your trial starts the moment you check out and requires a payment method. After 7 days, you're billed $10 per server per month for each server Hatchbox manages for you — no separate notice needed, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends.

Do you charge per team member, or offer a free plan?
No to both. Team size never affects your bill — add as many teammates as you need at no extra cost. There's no free tier, but the 7-day trial lets you test Hatchbox with your own apps before you're charged.
