Easier Git repository selection

For the longest time, ​Hatchbox​ had simple text fields to enter the Git organization/repository name and branch.

This worked fine for a long time, but it was prone to errors. You might mistakenly paste in a URL or make a typo and your deployment would fail.

We've revamped this process to use the GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket APIs to load repositories and branches so you can easily find the repository and branch you want to deploy.
